Vibro Scalping Screens
Vibro Scalping screens are driven by twin out of balance drive units. The Vibration Scalping screens are used for scalping off oversize or contaminates from bulk materials.

Usually single deck machines. Decks designed to suit application. Open bottom or totally enclosed design. The Vibration Scaling Screen is available in food or non-food quality.

Vibratory Grading Screens
Vibratory Grading screens are driven by twin out of balance drive units. Used to grade 2, 3, or 4 individual sizes of product & available in single, double, or triple deck configurations.

The Vibro Grading Screen decks designed to suit application including encapsulated ball decks for fine applications. Open design or totally enclosed to suit application. The Vibratory Grading screens are available in food or non-food quality.

Vibration Dewatering Screens
The Vibration Dewatering screens are driven by twin out of balance drive units. Vibro Dewatering screens are used for the recovery of solids from slurries and liquids.

Mounted on 5º incline to recover up to 130 m³/hr of solids. The Vibratory Dewatering Screening panels are designed to suit customers application.

Unbalanced Motor Trough Feeders
Vibro Trough Feeders can be used for fixed speed operation, or variable rate operation via an inverta.

Vibro Trough Feeder lengths are up to 6m and capacities of up to 1600 m³/hr are available. Available in open trough or totally enclosed design.

The Unbalanced Motor Trough Feeders Inlets/outlets are designed to suit the application and customer requirements.

Available lined to suit abrasive materials. Unbalanced Motor Vibro Trough Feeders are available in food or non-food quality.

Reversible Feeders
With a central feed, the Reversible Feeder can feed to either end of the conveyor, giving the flexibility of dual processes, metering or loading operations.

Utilising Electro-magnetic drive units, these drives will be controlled via thyristor controller, which allows for accurate variable control from between 10% and 100% of the designed capacity. Also allowing for the reversing of the machine so to feed in either direction.

Tubular Feeders / Conveyors
The Vibro Tubular Feeder's are driven by either twin unbalanced drive units or electromagnetic vibrator drives. Suitable for conveying dusty materials or where a totally sealed system is required.

The vibro tubular feeders are available in individual lengths of up to 6m, with capacities of up to 80m³/hr. Individual lengths of conveyor can be combined to give longer conveying runs.

Electromagnetic Trough Feeders
Electromagnetic Vibro Trough Feeders are available with variable feed rates from 0-100% Available in open trough or totally enclosed design.

The Inlets/outlets of the vibro feeder are designed to suit the application/customer requirements.

The vibro feeders are available lined to suit abrasive materials. Electromagnetic Vibratory Trough Feeders are available in food or non-food quality.

Vibro Compact Feeders

The vibro compact feeders are small conveying units for charging and dosing of fine graded materials.

Flow rates ranging from a few Kg/hr up to 20m³/hr. The electromagnetic vibration drive unit allows infinitely variable flow rate between 0 -100%.

The Vibratory Trough design dependent upon application. Available lined to suit abrasive materials. Vibro Compact Feeders are available in food or non-food quality.
