| Handling companies join forces | ||

George Robson
& Co (Conveyors) Ltd, already a key figure in the materials and
bulk handling industry, has formed strong ties with German vibration
technology company |

| The two companies have also agreed that Robson will expand its own range of vibration equipment by manufacturing Aviteq's proven vibratory products under licence and tapping into its extensive knowledge of vibration technology. | ||

The agreement consolidates a 10-year association between the two companies, during which Robson has utilised Aviteq drives and motors to design and manufacture vibratory feeders, pre feeders and screens in systems for industries such as sugar, glass, steelmaking, cement and chemicals. Robson celebrated its centenary in 2006 and, like Aviteq, has an international profile. It has designed and built handling systems for clients throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle and Far East. Aviteq has a range of Electromagnetic Vibrators and Unbalanced Motors. |
