Unbalanced Motor Vibratory Feeder
Vibratory Feeders can be used for fixed speed operation, or variable rate operation via an inverta.

Vibratory Feeder Trough lengths of up to 6m and capacities of up to 1600 m³/hr are available. Available in open trough or totally enclosed design.

Inlets/outlets designed to suit the application/customer requirements. Available lined to suit abrasive materials. Vibratory Feeder conveyors are available in food or non-food quality.

Reversible Vibratory Feeder
With a central feed, the Reversible Vibratory Feeder can feed to either end of the Vibration conveyor, giving the flexibility of dual processes, metering or loading operations.

Utilising Electro-magnetic drive units, these drives will be controlled via thyristor controller, which allows for accurate variable control from between 10% and 100% of the designed capacity. Also allowing for the reversing of the Vibration Conveyor allowing feed in either direction.

Tubular Feeders Vibration Conveyors
The Vibration tube feeders are driven by either twin unbalanced drive units or electromagnetic vibrators. Suitable for conveying dusty materials or where a totally sealed vibration system is required.

Available in individual lengths of up to 6m, with capacities of up to 80m³/hr. Individual lengths of Tube feeder vibration conveyor can be combined to givelonger conveying runs.

Compact Vibratory Feeder
Small Vibration conveying units for charging and dosing of fine graded materials.

The vibratory conveyors has flow rates ranging from a few Kg/hr up to 20m³/hr.

Electromagnetic Vibration drive unit allows infinitely variable flow rate between 0 –100%.

The Vibration Trough design dependent upon application. The Vibratory Units are available lined to suit abrasive materials. The Compact Vibratory feeders are available in food or non-food quality.
