Job Title: Aftermarket Sales Representative

Reporting to: Senior Manager: Commercial and Aftermarket

Main Purpose of the Role

To ensure that annual order intake targets are met for the Aftermarket business in both spares and service. You will support in developing successful sales strategies, identify new business opportunities and working with the wider Robson team you will deliver high quality tenders that drive growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and increase sales with existing customers.
  • Engage with clients to understand their challenges and requirements and propose solutions that meet their needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing leads and opportunities through the sales process.
  • Use the company's CRM software to manage sales pipelines, track client interactions, and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotes, addressing client requirements,
  • highlighting the unique selling points of our solutions.
  • Provide monthly sales reports & forecasts.
  • Provide ongoing client support, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive
  • relationships to foster long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Travel as required both domestically and internationally to meet the order intake targets.

  • Sales support of the Aftermarket Business
  • Closely working with the rest of the spares & service teams in Robson
  • Closely working with client representatives

Core Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a sales role selling aftermarket equipment or solutions
  • Evidence of profitably growing sales over a sustained period
  • Time management and organisation ability
  • Interpersonal communications skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & CRM systems.
