Cognex advanced machine vision and industrial barcode reader systems deliver instant improvements to any baggage system, enabling tags and labels to be read at higher speed, without defects and at lower cost.
The Cognex High Dynamic Range (HDR) imaging uses the latest CMOS image sensor technology which is 16 times more detailed than conventional sensors. HDR takes advantage of the extra available image data to globally enhance image quality and contrast.
HDR+ is an advanced algorithm that stretches the boundaries of HDR technology by further increasing localized contrast changes automatically. This creates a more uniformed image in a single acquisition allowing greater depth-of-field, faster line speeds, and improved handling of difficult codes.
Mounted to the Robson Handling Technology feed and receive conveyors the ATR is a ready-made drop-in solution for any size Airport baggage hall from regional to international.
Robson 1200mm Queue Conveyors are used providing the airport with an industry standard solution with out the need for specialist or dedicated spares. The conveyors are low maintenance with out bound bearings and drives, ensuring easy access.
